Cortnie is the Marketing Manager for the ESPINAL ADLER Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. She works with the team on anything marketing related, including advertising, graphic design, social media, and everything in between.

Cortnie started in the real estate industry in 2010 while working primarily as an on-site agent in multi-family, low-income and student housing markets. In 2012 she moved from her on-site position to corporate marketing, where she successfully rebranded and marketed numerous properties in her portfolio, while training and acting as a main resource for her company's on-site staff. She has always been one to immerse herself fully in the work that she does, and that shows immensely in her work ethic and overall demeanor in life.

In 2016, Cortnie was recognized as the Corporate Employee of the Year by the First Coast Apartment Association and was named one of Jacksonville Business Journal's People on the Move. She has a Bachelor's Degree in English with a concentration in Editing, Writing and Media from Florida State University and has her New York Real Estate License from the New York Real Estate Institute.

Originally from San Diego, Cortnie grew up in a military family and has lived in many different places including Virginia, England, California, Alaska, Florida and now New York City. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new restaurants, exploring the city, dabbling in photography and spending quality time with friends and family.
