About Jeff Adler

Jeff is a principal of the ESPINAL ADLER Team which is recognized within the top quarter of 1% at Douglas Elliman Real Estate and the top 1% of all agents nationwide. Jeff is an information and news junkie who satisfies this hunger by arming himself with the tools needed to consistently deliver for his clients. Having come from a previous career in media sales, he has learned to efficiently synthesize all the market data available across New York City's various micro-markets (uptown, downtown, east or west) and bring comprehensive qualitative analysis to various buying and selling strategies. This level of professionalism and dedication enables Jeff to engage his clients efficiently by cutting through the clutter and identifying significant opportunities. 

Jeff has lived in the heart of New York City for over 20 years, and has had a long term appreciation of its buildings' unique architecture. Having been raised on the South Shore of Long Island, Jeff's passion for all things New York has been brewing since his childhood and is what ultimately drove Jeff to choose real estate as his career. 

After identifying the amazing opportunities in the Financial District back in 2004, Jeff became a FiDi pioneer and bought his first apartment - a small loft - capturing his own bit of the metropolis he adores. He remembers the joy he felt closing on his first piece of real estate, and today gets his greatest pleasure finding clients their dream apartments in the world's greatest city. 

Collaborating with one of New York's most respected and prolific teams, Jeff made an impressive entry into the industry. Right out of the gate he was working on a new listing on the Upper East Side, and negotiating an Upper West Side deal successfully. As an equal partner on the ESPINAL ADLER Team, Jeff has piloted the group's integrated approach of fulfilling all of their customer's real estate needs every step of the way.
